  16. I have what I consider to be a very stressful job. I work part time as a critical care nurse in a very busy medical-surgical ICU. I also work full-time weekends as the House Manager (basically overseeing the entire hospital) of a 96-bed community hospital. My husband is an EMT for a busy ambulance service. Needless to say, we are always running on empty and/or stressed out.
On top of this, we have two WONDERFUL kids. It is so hard to find time for them when we are not just drained and with frayed nerves. Any suggestions for how to de-compress from a stressful work situation without sacrificing precious family time?
    Thanks..

  68. My job completely lends itself to working from home, however, right now I'm only allowed one day a week. When I'm in the office, no one even knows I'm there, there's no interaction between me and other office staff. How do I approach my boss and request more work from home days? I'm willing to do it on a temporary basis, just to show her that it can work. If it doesn't work, then I'm willing to go back to work, but would love to at least try it for 3 months just to see.
