Merchandisers needed for part time flexible work for Winston Retail!

If you enjoy fun, upbeat work in retail stores we would love you to join our team! This position is an initial set up of clothing (Children and Adults) within a designated area of a retail store. You will be servicing the store and other stores within this area on a monthly and bi-monthly basis after the initial set up. Ongoing continuity work can be done on a flexible schedule.

Job Summary:

A Junior Merchandiser works with one or more of Winston’s clients to support their on-floor presence by expediting stock to the selling floor. The key focus will be on product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive and guideline. You will be required to provide photos and reports for each visit which are communicated via Winston’s proprietary web-based store visit reporting site. In this position, you will either work independently after the initial set up. Basic Merchandising experience is preferred. Training in available.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 year experience within a department, specialty, or retail store
• Previous work as a stock or sales associate with an apparel, accessory, or footwear company
• Timely and effective communication
• Friendly, energetic, personable demeanor, and passion for retail merchandising
• Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app
• All candidates must sign a release form and pass a background check which is required for this position
