I can't tell you how many times I have lost corporate clients to other "big fish" consulting companies.  I can't tell you how many times the client came back, months later, to tell me that my "little guy" approach was better.  As small business owners, we have to fight much harder than those with sleek systems and huge funding pools to get our piece of the pie, but when we do, it doesn't mean the fight is over.
